Return & Refund Policy
Rexenza Corporation is committed to delivering high-quality instruments. If any issue occurs, we ensure a fair and transparent return process for our customers and distributors worldwide.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned only under the following conditions:
Item received is damaged during shipping
Manufacturing defect found
Wrong item or incorrect quantity supplied
Product does not match approved sample/specifications
All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Used or sterilized instruments
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper sterilization
Normal wear & tear (cutting edge dullness after usage)
Custom made / OEM / private label orders
Returns requested after the allowed claim period
3. Claim Procedure
To process your request, please email us with:
Order/Invoice number
Product name & quantity
Clear photos or video of the issue
Description of the problem
Our quality control team will review the claim within 2–3 working days.
4. Return Authorization
Returns must not be shipped without approval
After approval, we will provide return instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
5. Refund or Replacement
After inspection, Rexenza Corporation will provide one of the following:
Free replacement in the next shipment
Credit note for future orders
Partial or full refund (depending on issue nature)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
6. Shipping Responsibility
If the error is ours → Rexenza Corporation covers replacement cost
If the error is buyer’s (wrong selection, order change) → Buyer covers shipping
